Participants should wear athletic clothing and athletic shoes. It is recommended to have a pair of shoes to put on once in the building, to reduce amount of dirt and debris that is tracked onto playing surface of court.

Format
Program will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings depending on grade division.
Kindergarten and 1st Grade Program (Both Coed)
MPPR Basketball League is centered on fundamentals and skill development. The Kindergarten and 1st Grade Program introduces players to the basic fundamentals of the game and introducing the team environment. Each division will play games following a 15-30 minute practice. Kindergarten game format is 3 v 3. 1st grade game format is 4 v 4. Participants will receive a team t-shirt.
2nd-3rd and 4th-6th Grade Program (Boys and Girls Teams Formed)
Players continue with fundamentals of the game and developing the future player’s team skills. 2nd/3rd grade division will play 4 v 4 cross court and the 4th-6th grade division will play 5 v 5 full court. Teams will have 30 minutes of practice followed by a game (two-15 minute halves). Participants will receive a team t-shirt.
