Building Permit Fee Schedule

The determination of project value for the purpose of calculating the permit feet, shall be the total value of all construction work, including all finished work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire extinguish systems, landscape, and other permanent work or equipment in accordance with Section 150.16 of the City Code.
